2 Months - 5th Grade
Nursery, Preschool & Elementary Teams: Our teams are dedicated to helping kids meet Jesus at their own level. Through fun activities like worship, games, coloring, small group time, and appropriate lessons, we guide them to understand God's love in a way that makes sense for their age.

6th - 12th Grades
Youth Team: Our team works closely with middle school and high school students, helping them discover who God has created them to be. We’re passionate about equipping students in grades 6th-12th to grow in their faith and live out their God-given potential. Sound/Audio Team: The audio team ensures the audio is clear and balanced for both in-house and online worship. They are essential in ensuring the sound is clear and balanced, allowing every voice and instrument to be heard in perfect harmony and work behind the scenes with to ensure the worship experience flows smoothly and powerfully for all to hear.

GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM
Parking Team: As the first point of contact, our parking team ensures that guests feel welcome with a smile and a wave. We direct traffic, keep the parking lot flowing smoothly, and ensure a safe, hassle-free arrival for everyone.
Greeters Team: Our greeters team is the first to welcome everyone into the building, making sure each person feels valued and appreciated. We’re the first impression of Fusion Church, creating a warm and caring environment for members and guests alike, and providing a warm smile and guidance as people enter.
Specialty Cafe Team: Our Specialty Cafe team serves more than just coffee! In addition to brewing delicious coffee, we use an espresso machine to create specialty drinks and offer tasty desserts. All proceeds from our cafe go toward supporting a local foster care initiative, making your coffee break not only a treat for you but also a blessing to others.
Cafe Team: Our team kicks off the morning by brewing coffee before all services and serving free coffee to attendees. Whether it’s a fresh cup of coffee or a warm welcome, we help create a cozy, inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
Prayer Team: Our prayer team is dedicated to intercessory prayer during services and altar ministry. Being part of this team gives you the opportunity to pray for people and witness firsthand the life-changing power of prayer.

We’re ideal for team players who stay calm under pressure, balancing assertiveness with graciousness as we create a smooth and welcoming experience for all.
Facilities Team: Our Facilities Team plays a crucial role in keeping the church clean, organized, and in great condition. From cleaning the sanctuary and common areas to handling general maintenance, light construction, and painting, we work behind the scenes to ensure the building remains welcoming, safe, and well-maintained. Whether it’s keeping things spotless or making necessary repairs, this team helps provide an inviting environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Baptism Team: Our baptism team plays an essential role in helping people take the next step in their faith journey. From preparing baptismal candidates to assisting with the logistics during the baptism service, this team ensures that each person’s baptism is a meaningful and memorable experience.
Welcome Home Desk Team: Our team provides a warm welcome and helpful information to everyone who enters our doors. We’re perfect for social people with a heart for making newcomers feel at home. We facilitate connections between attendees and the church, sharing information about services, events, and opportunities to get involved.

By handling all behind-the-scenes details, the Admin Team ensures that everything runs smoothly and that the logistical needs of the church are met to support its ministries.

HEART FOR THE HOUSE TEAM
Heart for the House Team: Is a team event where anyone from the church family can jump in to gather, to clean, care for, and show love to the church building. It's a way to give back to God's house-the physical space that has provided support, love, and healing. By maintaining and caring for the building, we express our gratitude for the church that has been a place of worship, fellowship, and restoration in our lives.
